School Uniform

• It is our policy that all children should wear clothing that is in keeping with a purposeful learning ethos, therefore school uniform is compulsory.
• The school uniform will be available from the Uniform Shop, located in the school, during the week beginning 4th September. The attachments below give further details.
• The Al Ain International School uniform is as follows:

Boys

• Polar Jacket or Jacket Sleeveless (optional)
• Cardigan (optional)
• Blue striped long sleeve or short sleeve shirt
• Grey trousers or shorts
• Black school shoes (velcro or laces)
• Socks – white or grey
• Al Ain International school hat (no hat, no play)

For swimming all children need:

• Blue swim suit/shorts
• Swim bag/PE bag
• Swim hat and goggles are recommended
• Sun Top (optional)

We welcome enquiries from families throughout the year, so please feel free to contact us for more information or to arrange a visit to the school. An enquiry form and contact details can be found on the Contacts page. The Registration Office is open from 7.30am-4.00pm during term time and from 8.00am- 2.00pm during some school holidays.

Application Procedure

Please forward the following items to the Registrar:

1. A completed application form (available on our website).

2. A copy of your child's most recent school reports (where applicable).

3. A copy of your child's birth certificate.

Your child's file will be reviewed and once accepted, a Registration and Book fee is due.

Other documentation as per the application form is required before commencing at the school

Some pupils may require an entry assessment to ensure they have sufficient English to access the curriculum.
